JG TubeAssist is a Chrome extension that adds an AI-powered comment management panel to YouTube Studio (studio.youtube.com).
It classifies YouTube comments into five categories (Positive, Negative, Question, Spam, Neutral) and generates AI reply drafts using the Groq API.

Important: We do not operate any server that stores user data. All locally stored items remain exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to JGrace servers.

No data is used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's core comment-management functionality.
JG TubeAssist requests the following permissions in manifest.json:
Used to save your Groq API key, license key, device ID, and trial start date in Chrome's local storage on your device. No data is synced to the cloud.
Required to inject the AI comment panel (content script) into YouTube Studio's Comments page. The extension only activates on this specific URL — not on other websites or YouTube pages.
Required to send comment text to Groq's API for AI classification and reply generation. This is the only external network call the extension makes during core usage (plus Lemon Squeezy for license checks).
Required to activate and deactivate Pro license keys via Lemon Squeezy's license API. Only called when the user explicitly activates or deactivates their Pro license.

We do not share data with any other third parties. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking services.
All data stored by JG TubeAssist (API key, license key, device ID, trial date) resides exclusively in Chrome's local storage on your device.
To delete all data stored by the extension:
chrome://extensions → find JG TubeAssist → click Remove. All local data is permanently deleted.Comment text is never stored after the AI request completes — it exists only in memory during the analysis session.
JG TubeAssist is designed for YouTube content creators who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the extension, please contact us immediately at neteacher78@naver.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the extension's functionality or legal requirements. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
